Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED · JULY 2026
This page explains what Alpha Cogni Pty Ltd does with the information you give us when you register interest in the Rehearsal founding pilot. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Only what the form asks for: your name, work email address, company, role, and the optional note about the conversations your reps find hardest. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the Rehearsal founding pilot and to understand who is interested and what they need. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Signups are stored in a Postgres database operated by our infrastructure provider, and a notification is emailed to our team via our email provider. Both providers process the data on our instructions only.
Pilot recordings
If your team goes on to run a pilot, the calls your reps make are recorded and transcribed so that Rehearsal can deliver coaching feedback. Those recordings are used for that purpose and for improving the product with your agreement. Rehearsal sessions are simulations, so no customer data, CRM access or live-deal information is required to run one.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details are kept while the founding pilot programme is running and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
Access, correction and complaints
Email hello@alphacogni.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will respond. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
